As females endure hair loss they deal with both the emotional shock as well as the social stigma. Females who are disguising their lessening hair with wigs or scarves, humiliated in a world that adores healthy, thick hair, feel lonely and also mortified with the thought of being passionate with somebody.

At work it can be just as terrible: you may feel as if others are judging, talking about, or feeling sorry for you. Unless they experience it for themselves, no one really knows how it feels. Age, cause and the general body condition are the factors to be considered in a female hair loss remedy.

The first step is to see a physician. Hair loss can be an early sign of some diseases, like Diabetes, and these need to be ruled out. As well, if your scalp is itchy and scaly, it is possible that a bacterial or fungal infection is at work. Fortunately, these can easily be resolved.

Women often lose some hair during or immediately after pregnancy or surgery. It’s not something to be alarmed about. Odds are that this is not a permanent situation and once you fix the situation, which can be as simple as starting a healthier diet, the problem will start to go away. First, rule out other more temporary causes so you can relax.

For others, hair loss is considered a permanent condition. Whether a result of heredity or hormones, it is there to stay unless treatments can be successful. There are separate treatments for the reduction in the rate of hair loss and for the potential regrowth of hair that is already gone. For reduction in rate only, the following suggestions are widely made.

1 – You should avoid shampoos that contain surfactants, because they actually damage hair with their lathering properties.

2 – Stop using dry heat methods of drying and styling: Get a hair style that does not require so much blow-drying or, worse, curling irons.

3 – Treating or dying your hair can aggravate the hair loss situation- if you find yourself losing hair, stop the treatments and see what happens.

4 – Fix your diet: well-balanced meals, particularly high in protein and natural oils can help.

5 – Exercise more to increase the blood supply to your scalp: Increased blood supply can help to keep follicles healthy and producing.

6 – Relax. If there are things or people during the day who routinely stress you out, then add time to relax to your routine. Yoga and other meditations can greatly reduce stress levels.

7 – Try natural remedies: these include essential oils and herbs which, in various mixtures, can be spread on the scalp and help follicles to remain open and healthy.

To help slow down hair loss, and promote growth, there are a variety of pharmaceutical options. There are a number of ads for these products, many them showing various studies supporting their claims. There are some that contain both man-made chemicals and natural ingredients and that contain one or the other.

The best way to find out what kind of female hair loss remedy suits you is to experiment, so go ahead and do plenty of research. To see whether a treatment is working for you, it is important to stay hopeful since it can take up to 180 days to see results. Be sure you use female equivalents of medicines such as rogain, provillus, and propecia only for women.

Wigs and hair extensions can provide relief, and some women accept these as their permanent solutions.Surgery is expensive, but many opt for it every day. Female pattern baldness responds best to this method, because hair is still relatively thick in the back and can be transplanted to front and crown areas. Hair grafts are also an option when there is an overall balding concern.

Thankfully, there is plenty of money to resolve this problem. To develop medical preventions and treatments, research labs are running endlessly all around the planet. There is advancement in this area, and those seeking a female hair loss remedy should be smart to stay up-to-date with innovative research.

About the Author:

One of the misconceptions about tungsten rings is that they are not safe when it comes to emergency situations.

The reason why some people believe that tungsten rings are at a disadvantage during emergency situations is because they are made of a material that is very tough; so tough that it is harder than steel.

Contrary to popular belief, you can easily remove tungsten rings even though they are made of a very tough material during emergency situations.

There is another tougher material than the ordinary tungsten.-tungsten carbide. This is a result of combining tungsten with a carbon alloy. The result is a material that is so tough, it is considered as one of the strongest metal on Earth. This is why removing them during emergency situations can become tricky.

Tungsten rings can be removed in times of emergency without necessarily cutting them off. You also don’t have to resort to extreme panic because with the right tool and presence of mind, you can easily slide off your finger. You should take care not to twist or pull the tungsten ring off someone’s finger without the proper lubrication as this may break or dislocate their bone.

Before you use any tool to take the tungsten rings off, make sure that you try pulling it free by using soap or oil. When it doesn’t work, get a pair of vice grip pliers and use it to take the ring off.

To start taking the ring off, put the vice grip over the ring then adjust it in place. Release the clamp and adjust the tightener about one-third a turn and the clamp it again. Do it all over until you hear a crack.

Repeat the procedure using different positions until the metal breaks away. That is the time to take the tungsten ring off. But remember to not pull it because there may be broken pieces of metals that can cut or rips your skin.

Although not as popular as mens tungsten rings, womens tungsten rings are beginning to emerge into the market! You might even be able to find some tungsten rings with diamonds! Find out more and start shopping today!

Facebook Changes Bring Complaints

James' Facebook

Recently Facebook users have been gradually upgraded to a new layout for the fast-growing social network site. The company’s goals are twofold:

First, simplify and expand the tools to manage the ever-increasing volume of friends’ messages, links, photos and videos. Second, experiment with new forms of advertising. The overwhelming reaction from users is, “Ugh, you changed it!”

Just as newspaper readers are infuriated whenever their daily fish-wrap updates its layout, Facebook’s changes have brought down a hail of complaints from both light and heavy users.

The new design simplifies the layout of members’ profile pages. It seems unabashedly influenced by Twitter. A single column of updates, newest at the top. To the right of this stream runs a strip of “Highlights” that mixes ads with suggested Facebook groups, applications, video clips and potential friends. Needless to say, not everyone likes it.

No.1 gripe was that Facebook no longer let users delete their own status updates. Making these often hastily typed messages permanent would turn every ephemeral whim into a potential tombstone of humiliation.

But still have a good news for Facebook users: You can indeed delete your status updates. On Facebook, go to your profile page. Find the embarrassng post. Position your mouse cursor over it, and a faint blue X will appear in the entry’s uper right corner. Click the X to make the post and any attached comments from other Facebook members disappear forever. -NYT
